All mail orders are final. Sprint Mail does not offer refunds once an order has been placed and paid for. We process orders immediately to ensure quick delivery, and as such, refunds are not available once an order has been placed.

Chargeback Policy

In the event a chargeback is filed against an order, Sprint Mail reserves the right to refuse future service. Filing a chargeback will result in permanent suspension from using Sprint Mail services.
