FAQs & Mailing Guidelines
After successfully paying your Sprint Mail invoice, please review the guidelines below to ensure a smooth process. If you still have questions, reach out to us.
What is Sprint Mail?
While we get asked this often, there's not much to it. Sprint Mail is simply a mailing and printing center. We strive to provide a great service as a mailing service and aim to deliver quality of the highest standards. Think of us like UPS, but we also print & process print products for you.
How can I check the status of my order?
The best way to check the status of your order is to first check the status of it wherever you may have placed it. For example, if you are mailing letters, check on the platform where you generated those letters. You should have received emails from Sprint Mail confirming your order and giving updates along the way. Please check your emails and spam before reaching out — if you still can't find any information, contact us via our website.
Can Sprint Mail edit the contents of my letters?
Unfortunately, Sprint Mail cannot control or edit the contents of any letters for security purposes. If you would like to edit the contents of your letters, you will need to edit them first, and then place a new order.
Does Sprint Mail notify me with updates about my order?
Yes, Sprint Mail will send you emails when your order is received, processed, and when it was mailed out. If you didn't receive at least one of those, please check your spam folder. If they are still not there, reach out to our team and we'll help you out.
What happens if my mail gets returned or rejected?
Sprint Mail has a dedicated support team to handle all your order status inquiries. And here's a great perk: If any of your mail gets returned or rejected after using Sprint Mail to send it, we'll resend it at no cost (FREE!) when you email us with your situation. This ensures that your letters keep moving forward without any extra cost to you.
Does Sprint Mail offer tracking?
As of January 2025, Sprint Mail utilizes USPS First Class Mail, which does NOT include tracking.
What are the delivery times?
All mail from Sprint Mail is expected to arrive within 4-7 business days after it has been printed and mailed. This timeframe does not begin when the order is placed but rather after processing is complete and the items have been sent to USPS.
What are Sprint Mail's hours of operation?
Business Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 4 PM MST. Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 72 business hours (Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 4 PM MST). Orders placed after 10 AM MST will begin processing on the next business day. Weekend Orders: Orders submitted on weekends will begin processing on the next available business day (Monday – Friday). If an order is placed after 10 AM MST on Friday, processing will start on Monday, and the 72-hour timeframe does not include weekends. While our standard processing time is 72 hours, we strive to process and send orders much sooner whenever possible.

The list includes: New Year's Day, Birthday of Martin Luther King Jr., Washington's Birthday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth National Independence Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
